Yes, just make sure to bring a way to seal it up

CABIN BRIBES & DECORATIONS

HINT: Scripture and candy is a big persuasion

REQUIRED FORMS

PAY CLOSE ATTENTION:

Two forms are required from everyone.

Student AND/OR adult leaders cannot attend without these two forms:

Form #1 - The Camp Registration Form which can be filled out on this website.

Form #2 - The Challenge Course Disclosure and Liability Form. Even if you do not plan on taking a ride on the giant swing or zooming down the zipline, you still have to download and complete this form.

Submit the paper copy to your youth leader.

LEADERS ADULTS:

Back ground checks are mandatory for ANY and ALL adults on camp property.

It is the responsibility of your local church to perform these on the leaders sent with the church group. If you have had one done by your employer this does not help us, we have no way to access that file.

WHAT'S the COST

$240 per student & $180 per adult leader.

(1 complimentary adult leader registration for every 10 paid campers/students.)

Even if you send 9.... you must pay $180.00 for your leader

patients full name, the date prescription was filled, expiration date, directions for use, precautions (if any), storage requirements (if any), and name of physician.

All medications must be clearly labeled with name and instructions in original container and turned in at the nurse table at check-in on Monday. Our camp nurse will give students instructions on how to receive their meds while at camp. Individuals that may need emergency medications should carry the medications themselves.

ALLERGIES: lactose intolerant, gluten sensitive and hate peas and the camp director loves DARK Chocolate. What do I do?

Make sure to indicate any food allergies on your registration form. And everyone hates peas, no need to tell us that. As for the camp director..... he is on his own.
